We've had a few different people asking for this, so I thought I'd chuck this up so it can be found easier...

everytime i try to open nxe (list) for example appconfig.xui asks me for another xui file and i try to open another one, and says:
error loading skin file.
and xbox ui tool closes.
what do i have to do?

There are two types of files, skin files, and regular xui files. You are choosing load skin, instead hit open and find the xui file you want. Then click load skin and load skin.xui.
